Project Description

The project comprised of the construction of a new detached pre-school within an occupied temporary pre-school site, located on a playing field adjacent to a sports facility and a public footpath.

The works included all substructure and superstructure elements, together with full first and second fix mechanical and electrical installations. External works consisted of new access roads and pathways, comprehensive drainage installations, and associated landscaping works.
