Project Description

The works comprised of the alterations, refurbishment and construction of a new double storey extension to form a 3 bedroom residential dwelling with ensuite and shower room. Along with the internal refurbishment of the building, externally a new oak frame double garage was formed, a new entrance drive and external paving were laid and all new timber fencing was installed to the boundary of the property.
