Project Description

The works involved the demolition of an existing bungalow to facilitate the construction of a new detached three-bedroom dwelling, including all associated drainage, new services, and landscaping works. The property was designed to complement the surrounding buildings, using a combination of brickwork and carefully cut chalk blocks laid on site.

Internally, the client developed a detailed specification for the fixtures and fittings to achieve a high-quality finish throughout.
