Project Description

The project comprised of the construction of a new detached four-bedroom vicarage, together with a detached garage and all associated drainage, new culvert, new services, and external works. The new vicarage was built on the same site as the existing property and was carefully designed to meet the specific requirements of the new Reverend.

These requirements included a dedicated vestibule for visiting guests, a conveniently located ground-floor WC, and purpose-built bookcases integrated into the study design.
